First haul-out since survey. Takes some doing to find the right lift-points and a combination of looking at Graeme’s boat and finding faded stickers gets us there.
Quite nerve-wrecking, but these guys do this every day….
A good spray reveals the old blue anti-fouling. We spot some possible damage to the bottom of the keel.
This anode was replaced in October 2023. We will need to keep an eye on this and/or resolve.
Some of the through-hulls were replaced last year, but they all look fine without any pinking indicating leaching of zinc.
And the last touches of anti-fouling to the 8 pads that held our boat in the yard.
