We notice some rust on the new rigging! Clearly from the machining and it doesn’t come back after wiping off. You can also see how deteriorated the deck is in this picture.
A small forrest hangs off our boat. End of season haul out will require new anti-fouling.
Mupe Bay is well protected from SW but the swell still rolls in a little, especially at high tide when the ledge is under water.
It’s a roly night because the wind and waves are at ~90 degrees. Next time we will rig a bridle to point the boat into the waves.
Only a few miles West is Lulworth Cove which is lovely and we have lunch in the village. Jane takes a swim in the morning.
